Sunday night, Jo, Jake, Rey, and I went to see the Barebones Puppetry Extravaganza, an annual outdoor Halloween event. Before we went to the show, we ate at Sea Salt, an awesome seafood restaurant by Minnehaha Falls. The restaurant is only open from Spring to Fall, so this will probably be the last visit this season. The kids had a great time as witnessed by the Jimmy Cliff dance party below.
After dinner, we played tag by the Falls. Here's Jo mid-dance move.
This year's show was called Carnetheria, a mix of carnival and otherworldliness.
The storyline was really hard to follow (because there wasn't one), but the kids loved it. Here's some photos from the performance.
