Lola and Lolo were here this weekend. We had a great time eating out and playing with our food.








We also celebrated Rey's birthday for the umpteenth time. Rey got a new bike and has been riding it around the house all weekend!

Yesterday we went to the Central Library for the Childish Film screening. We both loved the animations by Norman Maclaren and the Hubley family!

Holly's friend Anne gave Rey a wii game for his birthday. It's called Zookeeper. Basically Rey takes care of virtual pets. It's the next best thing to owning a real pet. Here's Rey playing with his new antelope. Thanks Anne!

Slumber Party with JoJo

I think we have found a way to easily upload photos with our phones, so we should be back to updating daily!!!

First things first, Rey thinks his parents are weird for using his first person perspective, so his parents will now be the voice of the blog.

Rey and JoJo have been begging for a slumber party, so yesterday we invited Jo to spend the night. Check out the photos!

My weekend

This weekend we were really busy.  It all started at dad's work where I drew what I saw on the windows  of the Walker.  (I drew the cars driving by.)  Then we went to another art lab and I decorated my pictures with colors and projected them on the wall.

After that we walked through the gallery and found dad.  His students interviewed me about the art.  (I had a microphone and everything.)

Then we went upstairs and I made a sculpture.  I decided to make a hat.  I really wanted to eat it.

Later that day I meet Kaylin at this place called the Eagle's Nest.  It is a huge indoor playground.  Kaylin is in the pink pants and I am next to her in the black pants and white shirt.  There were lots of kids to play with there!

Today mom and I went to the Como Zoo in the morning (the giraffes missed me) and dad and I started a snow fort (I can't wait to put the flag on top of it!) in the afternoon.  I love snow!
