Today mom took me to Aunt Reva's to make Lefse with her friends.I wore my Halloween costume so Aunt Reva could see me in it.
I am holding the spatula they use to make the flat pancakes made of potatoes and rice.
The ladies asked me if I was Norwegian.I told them that I was 1/8 Danish, 1/8 Dutch, and 1/2 Filipino.
I am not Norwegian, but I sure did like the Lefse!!
