Piper and Lola

We were in Des Moines this weekend and saw our friends Francis and Julie. Brandi and Piper are Francis's girls. Rey and Piper had a great time playing.
We also celebrated Lola's birthday. We had decorated sugar cookies. I helped Lola blow out the candles.
I ate the doggie cookie first...yummy!

I got my hair cut today.

I sat in the chair all by myself...I am 2!

Thanks Grandpa Hance!

Uncle Chris' Air Hogs remote control helicopter was so cool that Grandpa Hance gave dad one for Christmas. We are having a lot of fun with it!

Bouncing the Night Away.

We had a great time with the Nassifs on Sunday! Johanna and I played and Jake bounced us on the exercise ball over and over again. Good times!

Another Birthday Party

Happy Birthday to me! Grandma came this weekend and we had another birthday party! Mom made cupcakes. Yummy. I even blew out the candle.

I got an artist easel so I can draw standing up! I put my crayons in the easel right away.

Grandma also brought my baby a stroller. I put the baby in it, but I found it also works great for my friend Johanna (Sarah and Jake Nassif's little girl- she's 1). She pushed me in it too!

Craig brought me a book from New York. It had a giraffe in it! He knows me well...I do love giraffes!

Simply a Good Photo

Go Tommies!

Last Friday we watched the Edison Tommies play Roosevelt. I ate my fair share of hot dogs, nachos, and M&Ms. It was a fun game to watch, but the Tommies lost.

Big Boy Bed

Here I am testing out my new bed. I can crawl into it to read and I can take naps and I can pretend that I am sleeping. I love it!

Happy 30th Birthday Tito Anthony!

Today is Tito Anthony's Birthday. We celebrated our birthdays together in L.A. which was a lot of fun. We had super chocolate brownies and milk! Yummy! This is Tito Anthony and I climbing the mountain.

I can't wait to see Tito Anthony again. He is super strong. He pulls me upside down and on blankets. Lolo and dad tried to replicate the technique, but you are #1 at it Tito! Have a great Birthday! I will have some M&M's to celebrate!

Photos I Like...

I had a great time in LA. I can't wait to see the Rosales family and Yumi again! I can't wait to go to the ocean again!

It is so nice to sit outside and have a snack. I can't wait for spring weather, but I also will love the snow while it is here!

Thank you everyone who helped me celebrate my birthday. I loved ripping open the presents and eating cupcakes and brownies with all of you. I have already had 4 parties and mom said I have another one. My fish, Red, and I were playing together tonight.

I'm 2!

I'm 2! Dad and I had birthday cupcakes. I had lots of fun today and lots of people came to tell me Happy Birthday.

Aunt Reva brought me a fish. I accidently knocked the container on the ground and the fish was on the floor for a second. We worked fast and put him in his new aquarium. It is awesome!

Aunt Sarah and Grandma Deb came over with a big bunch of balloons. They are fun!

Thanks for a great birthday!

Stay tuned for a great birthday video of me and Tito Anthony (it is his birthday in 4 days!) and others in the celebration. Dad is singing in it too!

I had trouble blowing out candles during the first birthday party, but I finally got it Tito Anthony!

Saturday in L.A.

We went to an exhibit at the Japanese American National Museum. Some people dad worked with that I got to meet also had an art exhibit there. Their magazine and store are called Giant Robot. It is great reading. I highly recommend the magazine. Dad was in it once too!

This is a mural that David Choe did. It was really big.

Then we went to the Getty Museum. It was huge. It had a huge sculpture garden and lots of cool cactus. It also had lots of galleries with art work.

I got to sit on the art work in this exhibit. I sat on the chair and then I appeared on TV.

They also had a little family area where I made a mask.

Hollywood

Today we also walked the Hollywood walk of Fame. This is Tim Allen's star. We are outside of the Jimmy Kimmel show. It was kind of boring until we spotted Elmo across the street and Lolo and the others saw Larry King interviewing some people.
We also had a snack at Roscoe's which is in a lot of movies. I know why...the chicken is delicious and the waffles melt in your mouth! I just want to go back in to eat more right now.

La Brea

Today we went to "La Brea" which means the tar pits. There are millions of fossils in the center of L.A. These are wooly mammoths.

This is another wooly mammoth. It moves and everything. They had lots of skeletons inside the museum.

Santa Monica Pier

Dad bought us a churro to snack on before dinner. I love sugar!

This is the famous Santa Monica Ferris Wheel. It was on top of the ocean.
